A community-led vision for the future development of Lincoln Heights (a growing area of Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood). In Partnership with client Tremont West Development Corporation, David Jurca (principal and founder of Seventh Hill Design) and Robert Brown (35yr director of planning for the city of Cleveland) we led a public planning process to create physical design recommendations, as well as strategies to ensure long-term affordability in the neighborhood.
